konqueror is in base2. That's what you need to install.
You can keep your iceWM manager. konqueror is perfectly happy as a
stand-alone application.  Making a `konqueror-only' package is dicey,
as it's a bit hard to figure out exactly what stuff in kde konqueror
does depend on...
