Far be it for me to plug something written for another operating
system, but it does give some of the pointers you may need to
as securely as possible in your situation, enable ftp and telnet.

Specifically, the 'Networking' and 'Networking II' sections.
(only 'inetd', of 'Networking' is relevant).
