Is altq incorporated into the July 6 snapshot? If so, is there
anything that needs to be done to implement it (eg, are man files
included so I can figure it out), or am I way off base here...?
Just wanting to mess around with this a bit in the easiest manner and I
don't mind running on a snapshot.
