It is listed on http://www.openbsd.org/sparc.html (look for 4/300).

That said, it has been awhile, but my first introduction to OpenBSD
was with a 4/300.  They should work with current, but I haven't tested
in awhile.  They are by no means speed demons (25mhz).

I should dust the cobwebs off of mine and fire it up.  Speaking of
which, anyone in the DC area have a spare Sun 9U chassis/supply lying
around?  I'd like to bring the 4/300 and a 4/600 back up, but I only
have one of the 4/110 chassis.
