Howdy,

Okay, I took a look at my cabling and discovered that I had my ethernet
cable plugged into the wrong outlet on my hub.  Once this was corrected,
everything worked.

I reset my Linux box to use the firewall box as a gateway and everything
worked including rdr redirection.

Many MANY thanks for everyone's help.  It's very much appreciated to this
OpenBSD newbie :)
