Re: Comcast/@Home cable modems with OpenBSD
This is what you need to do. set your external interface to dhcp and add an
entry similer to this in your /etc/dhclient.conf
initial-interval 1;
send host-name "CJ2323-WHATEVER";
request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, routers,
domain-name, host-name, domain-name-servers;
if you do that you'll be kosher. john pointed that out to me, so thank him.
