hi David,
        YMMV ensure that the firmware settings are correct. That is 
really all i recall doing a few times to get right. Currently have 
a error that occurs unbeknown to me that was posted recently with 
the subject crash! Same as you it appears to be a swapper issue.
Or at least that is when it crashes. The panic was occuring during 
page_map_remove: mapped manage page has invalid pv_ptp field. 
I am assuming that it gets out of sync. Then since they don't match
it panics returning -1 swapper . Basically don't know as yet.

b.t.w. -there are dianostic tools in 
the firmware that on boot you can
use.
