You need to provide a heck of alot more info about what your ip
schema is like. Secondly have you checked ipfilter's website or
are you using pf?
http://coombs.anu.edu.au/ipfilter for ipfilter and -current for
pf.
I believe that you will also need to be setting the port range
in your ipf.rules file not ipnat.
More info before anyone can help you. You may also want to check
the IPFilter mailing list or check the archives here as well.

Gateway is 192.168.0.1 , I would like to have access to port 5800 - 5900
