IPSec-ID ?ns

hi,
  A number of questions have cropped up that i do know have the answers and 
was hoping someone could give me insights.

1- Since 'Transport' default is udp does it break it if you set this to tcp?
( Is this what is done if one were to consider using Flags= for ipsec or is 
this not implemented currentlyr?) .. it appears not.

2- The section referred to by IPSec-ID indicates that the rfcs indicate 2
ID-type are supported ..
IPV4_ADDR 'OR' IP4_ADDR_SUBNET
Is it possible to declare both? That way one could use transport mode to 
the gateway if one chose and tunnel mode for network to network.
