RE: PacBell DSL compat questions



I use TDS for DSL, but they also ship EnterNet 300.  The native PPPoE works
just fine for me, although it does drop about once a day.  I used the
settings listed here:

As soon as I pressed Send, I noticed this: EnterNet 300 uses a type of
PPPoE.  Is it the RFC version (and I can therfore use native PPPoE) or
is it a stupid version, so I'll have to have a Win based gateway?
