Actually there is putty support for both sftp and scp
putty- http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest/putty.exe
pscp- http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest/pscp.exe
psftp- ftp://ftp.tartarus.org/pub/people/owen/psftp-x86.exe
I have used all 3 and they all work decently to extremely nicely.
