Hmmm sort of.

First of all I would want to submit it to a higher profile site so folks
actually find it.  When I was looking for stuff on OpenBSD & pf this one
never came up (shame because so far it looks like a very useful article).
There are some differences also in what I would cover.  For example I'd nix
the web server section since the broadband providers out here forbid it.
But I would add a section on transparent squid.

In any case, more documentation is better.  Chances are if I didn't find
this good article, there are many others who are missing it as well.
Getting more doc out there, even if it is redundant, will increase the
chances that folks will find what they are looking for.
