Why no Amiga 68030 kernel compile?

I'm building a new OpenBSD 3.0 kernel on an Amiga 3000/25.

I configured for 68030 support, but the Makefile comes out with
this...

CPPFLAGS= ${INCLUDES} ${IDENT} ${PARAM} -D_KERNEL -Dmc68020 -Damiga

and also contains...

.if empty(IDENT:M-DM68060)
CMACHFLAGS=     -m68020
.else
CMACHFLAGS=     -m68060 -Wa,-m68030
.endif

Why does it not build for -m68030 specifically, if my only configured
processor is the following?

option          M68030          # support for 030
