  If I am reading you right then the answer is no not currently.
Sort of like partitionMagic sort of thing in Linux? However there
is work being done on FreeBSD to do this. I am not sure if anyone 
at OpenBSD is planning to cut it over. Well maybe this can be a 
project for you? :-)
