If there is a way to print with it under Linux, it will most likely be
listed somewhere on http://www.linuxprinting.org/

The CUPS distribution itself only genericly supports a limited number
of rpinters. There are several projects that add support for more
printers to CUPS. Again, check linuxprinting.org for more details.

I've been using CUPS on OBSD for several months. I have submitted
a port, but it has not been added to the ports tree. If you would like
to help test it, it is available at
http://www.jakemsr.com/openbsd/ports/cups-1.1.13p1-port.tgz
