this all looks pretty normal.  You sure about the netmask in
hostname.sis0?  What type of trouble are you having?  Can you ping
anything on either side?  What are you trying to do, setup a firewall? 
Do you have ipforwarding turned on?  Is this 3.0 or pre-3.0?  Did you
set it up following the faq at either:
