Indeed so!  Whilst the same capabilities are still a part of Win2K (ugh!),
I've not seen XP - just read reports there is a firewall setting now which
you can set to "high", "medium", "low" or "off" (or similar) which does
something.  But I'm wasting my time now, people here do not seem to be
interested in making things _that easy_.
