WEP in Lucent silver card

Hello,

I just test the WEP option of wicontrol between openbsd-3.0 and
openbsd-current.  The two system are both i386 and similar cannot
communicate when the WEP is on.  I had tested that win98 and OpenBSD-3.0
can communicate with each other even the WEP is on.  Is there a problem of
openbsd-3.0 and openbsd-current when WEP is on ?  Here is my wicontrol
output of openbsd-3.0 and openbsd-current. Any idea ?  Thanks.
