apache-ssl php mysql obsd 3.0 -current

Has anyone else noticed that apache is lagging with using php4, and ssl?
This is using the current httpd. I checked out the source today and built
it.

# cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/httpd
# cvs -d anoncvs@anoncvs1.ca.openbsd.org:/cvs up -PAd
# make;
# make install

# apachectl startssl
/usr/sbin/apachectl startssl: httpd started

now I check the site ... it's incredibly slow on any sites using php .. btw
php4.1.1 has been cleaned and reinstalled many times over I'm convinced this
is an apache-ssl problem.

apache runs, but every the error above always shows
