Version 3.0 current OBSD Generic

When attempting to start isakmpd
I receive this message. 

Default_conf_file_secrecy: not loading /etc/isakmpd/
isakmpd.conf too open permissions

I have cleaned up several other errors but this one
won't go away. I am using the configuration
right out of the recent FAQ, vpn(8) docs and had everything 
running fine. I reinstalled the system keeping 
all my config files, and this has resulted.

All other system features work fine.
