I disabled the CTM generation before badlands.rug.ac.be got whacked, so there
should not be a problem for those who use CTM to sync their CVS repositries.

It will be re-enabled when things get back to normal.

In the mean time, anoncvs@anoncvs.be.openbsd.org is not usable.
