Trouble is, EPS (encapsuled Postscript) can mean almost anything.

My guess is the question is about a vector format, not like all
images from http://www.openbsd.org/images in bitmap formats, be it
jpeg or gif.

So, it would be really cool if - whoever designs all those cd
covers and posters, could provide it because much more professional
results can be achieved using vector formats.
