the cvsup server at cvsup.usa.openbsd.org  was (still) broken (deleting
the src collection for -stable) as of 1600 EST 4 Mar.  Perhaps it got
overlooked in the shuffle.  opencvs.usa.openbsd.org seems OK.

I had already lit the pilot on the Flame-o-Matic, but decided to
RTFM first.

To prevent catastrophic collection whacking when using cvsup,
the wary admin applies the -d n  switch to cvsup, where n is an
integer measure of one's patience for retrieving deleted files.
(i.e. cvsup will abort the job if more than n files are deleted.)
