Yes, a digest version is available.  You can convert to the digest
version by sending mail to majordomo@openbsd.org with
the following in the message body:

set misc digest

You can also use the web interface on http://lists.openbsd.org

I've been meaning to send out a summary of mail server changes
but I haven't gotten around to it...
