why don't you just change all the users web documents to group www?

Hello!

It's true if I have more than 16 groups in one user, the others are
ignored?  How can I increase the number of groups for one user?

It's for www...  I don't want to set all directories world
readable/executable, so I used to add each group of each user in www.
But, I have more than 16 users :(
