Take a look at man ssh (for instance, you are looking for something
like:
ssh -N -n -g -vvv -C -L 110:endpoint_server:110 tunnel_server ) and at
/usr/ports/net/httptunnel (http://www.nocrew.org/software/httptunnel/)
