Time Zones and their settings

All,

	I am responsible for several machine across the US in different time 
zones. I have been considering using GMT as system time so that I can 
reference log entries and such against each other. I don't really have 
users on the machines since the boxes are VPN gateways. I dont think it 
would confuse any of the users who might log into the system or see log 
files since they are all used to dealing in GMT.

Has anyone else considered/done this is? If so what are the ramifications 
of this?
