So, if I do a CVS update using the patch branch and build ssh and sshd, I'm 
cool?

Also, what's the procedure people would recommend for killing the old ssh 
and starting the new one remotely? Does this sound reasonable?

   kill <PID>; /usr/sbin/sshd
