XFree 4.x / Obsd 3.0

Hi list, can someone point me to the readme/manual/faq where it says how to
install Xfree4.x ?

I need than an internal box on a customer runs X. I have downloaded from the
FTP XF4.tar.gz and uncompressed it under /usr/src/XF4

What shall I do? I don't want to do a simple make since i've read that there
were lot's of parameters. And there is no readme in there!

The machdep.allowaperture is 1. But apart from that, I have never ever
installed X under OpenBSD. (The video adapter is and NVIDIA GeForce 2 32Mb)

Since decompressing the entire tar takes 5 minutes minimum, I don't want to
ruin the extracted set. :)

Ideas, Pointers, Comments?
