Broken OpenSSH Protocol 1

I'm using OpenBSD_2_8 and Upgrading to OpenSSH_3_1 from my current
openssh_3_0_2. I'm following Manual at www.openssh.org for openbsd.2.8.
After that i shutdown my server to make sure that my openssh working. I
connecting with my putty.exe lastest version support ssh protocol 1 & 2.
  When connecting with ssh protocol 1 i got error message
	incorrect received crc in packet
	/var/log/authlog
	Mar 10 09:46:55 ee sshd[7253]: Connection closed by xxx.xxx.xx.xx
  When connection with ssh from my friend linux server - ssh protocol 1.
	[m26499003@john m26499003]$ ssh ee
		Local: Corrupted check bytes on input.
	/var/log/authlog
	Mar 10 09:48:07 ee sshd[10495]: Disconnecting: Corrupted check bytes on input
  When connectiong with ssh from my OpenBSD_3_0 Current there's no problem.
  Then using ssh protocol 2. Yes it work Work with perfect.
	try to finger
	Login    Name                 Tty  Idle  Login Time   Office    	Office Phone
	krisna   bayu krisna           p0    45     Sun 08:15

  Seem we don't have a problem with finger. But i'm connection to my
openbsd_2_8 server using 3 same login. (from 2 From OpenBSD & 1 From
windows Putty.exe protocol 2)



  Then Try using w to display user login

Yeah... Look that.
OpenSSH_3_1 work fine with my OpenBSD_3_1
