mod_ssl patch ?

Hi there,

i noticed mod_ssl was upgraded to 2.8.7 in 3.0-current after last
vulnerability disclosure, but saw no evidence of patches/advisories
for -stable branch. Since i didn't subscribe misc@, i looked into archives
but found no reference on this "issue".
Are there any patches forthcoming or those who run -stable webservers are
suggested to follow -current?
