tty + COM/LPT communication

Hello......

in my lab
there are 3 old SUN Workstation 5 (sparc 4c + 32M) +
PC (Cyrix 486 DX 4 100 + 16M Edo)
    2 SUN Workstation 5 = OpenBSD 3.0
    1 SUN Workstation 5 = Redhat Linux 7.1
    PC = OpenBSD 3.0

- How to use virtual terminal (tty*) on SUN Workstation+OpenBSD ?
  It's not problem on SUN Workstation+Linux or PC+OpenBSD
  I have change /etc/ttys    off ---> on
  and
  ps -aux
  it's running

  The key
     SUN Workstation+Linux == [ALT] + [F*]
     PC+OpenBSD == [ALT] + [Ctrl] + [F*]
     SUN Workstation+OpenBSD == ???

- on board ethernet card on one of SUN Workstation+OpenBSD is broken.
  How to use COM/LPT in OpenBSD, so I can use it for media communication
  like Windows 9* DCC (Direct Cabel Connection) ?

- Could someone tell me about SUN Workstation 5 (sparc 4c + 32M) ?
  PC (Cyrix 486 DX 4 100 + 16M Edo) + OpenBSD 3.0 is faster than
            SUN Workstation 5(sparc 4c + 32M) + OpenBSD 3.0 or
            SUN Workstation 5(sparc 4c + 32M) + Redhat Linux 7.1

Thank's
