Sendmail was probably compiled with IPv6 support by default. if you either
remove the "INET6" line from your kernel config file, and recompile, or
recompile sendmail without the v6 support, those errors should go away.
as it is, listening on the v6 address does no harm, since the link local
address will be the only ipv6 address. there may be a make.conf flag to
disable the v6 stuff during a build.
