ftpd patch

I have made some minor modifications to the ftpd if it is of any interest for
some people,
basically, I reverse the chroot so that instead of chrooting users in
/etc/ftpchroot, it
chroots everyone but the users in /etc/ftpnochroot, I also added a new option
'-m' that
sets a maximum concurrent connections because I really needed that and
hopefully it
can help someone.
