Anti-Virus with Sendmail

Fellow posters - I have been looking into various anti-virus solutions
for my mail server.  I've gone through the amavis route with UVScan.  I
did not have must look getting amavis to work with sendmail.  I was
using version amavis-0.3.12pre6.  I think as of now the prerelease that
I tried does not have enough docs for obvious reason see that it's a
prerelease and all.  I cannot get it configured correctly.  Perhaps when
the final is released I will. I just tried Inflex.  It seemed to install
right, but it seems not to pick up any virus so I am guessing there was
a problem somewhere.  I believe it's a Linux based solution anyways.   I
was wondering if anyone has any other solutions or products I might be
able to use. I would prefer to keep using sendmail but if I have to I
can change, but I need to use mboxs or nothing else in my system will
work.
