Re: sftp only account?

i did. if i connect with sftp everything seems ok, but if i connect with ssh i get the motd printed on the screen and then no more input/output... i can just quit with ctrl-c

i don't know if this is a good thing... i don't know what's going on, so i don't like to much the idea of using sftp-server as the login shell.

btw thinking about how to chroot sftp only account to their home dir (as soon as i'll be able to have such accounts) I saw on the chroot man page that the command is still under development. does it mean it's not very
safe to use it? i thought about putting it in the user's .login file to
chroot him to his home dir.
