Any email client, imap and pop3 programs within the default 3.1 install?

Are there any email clients, imap, and pop3 programs built in the default 
install of OpenBSD 3.1?  From reading around I know there is mail (or 
mailx).  Is mail pretty good for a client?  I'm new to OpenBSD (or should I 
say Unix) and coming from a Microsoft world, I'm fed up with installing 
programs.  So I'd like to learn as much of OpenBSD's default programs as 
possible.
