I don't know whether the employee in your company use Exchange
extensively or not, but I think the better idea is to try Novell
Groupwise.
The Novell Groupwise can run on many platform, such as Linux, Win NT,
Novell Netware, etc. and it already has built in support for POP3,
IMAP4, etc.
