Nope - it's a known problem.
Theo & the author of the ahc driver know about it.
smurph@openbsd.org is working on it.  It's a tough one.

On http://www.openbsd.org/i386.html it says down by 
"products like the AHA-29160"...

    "(However, the 7899G card is currently not
     supported with more than one device attached)"

Like an idiot, I bought 3 of these cards before seeing
that "fine print".
