i found the solution soon after my post but was not connected to see yours :)
the problem was like in the faq for the i386 platform
the boot stops just after :usig hd0 partition 3 ...
So i decided to install GAG on the mbr and that was ok
Four your information the drives were  western digital wd400 model
and the drives were configured as master or cs with no more results

Sorry yes i believed the drive was insane so i decided to replace it
unfortunately by the same model :(

I was going insane i installed it three time on the same drive
thinking i did something wrong with installboot / disklabel  :)

Drive :ATA WD400 western Digital
i don t remember for the motherboard it could be MSI
