I can follow those instructions successfully as far as this point.

> 5)  cp /usr/mdec/boot /mnt/boot

However upon reaching this point I failed. I then inspected /usr only to
find that the directory is completely empty. Reinstalling didn't help.
What's gone wrong here? I'm installing via. FTP from plig.org.uk
