really stupid question :D

Hi all
The subject tells it my question is quite stupid but
my boss is watching one of our firewall running freeBSD
using an intranet camera to see if the BSD Daemon is moving or not
(really :D)
I saw this option in freebsd/rc.conf :saver="logo"

Does someone know if this option is available on 3.0 or 3.1 ???
I don t want to waste time explaining ping to my boss :D
Another question is :
where could i find human readable altq/cbq tips ?
