Hmm. Are you using XP's built in drivers, if so try the latest XP
drivers from your card vendor and use the vendor's config utility.
XP's built in drivers are not good.

Second, upgrage the firmware on the cards, the openbsd one in
particular needs a newer station firmware:
PRISM II HWB3163 rev.A, Firmware 0.3.0 (primary), 0.7.6 (station)

You want to be using:
PRISM II HWB3163 rev.A, Firmware 0.3.0 (primary), 0.8.3 (station)

OK. More info needed. Please post your hostname.wi0 and also put the
interface into debug mode (ifconfig wi0 debug) then connect with the XP
machine and send us the debug output.
