you've also entirely ignored one of the points being made by quoting
virtually the *entire* message you're replying to, only to write a
couple sentences.

this should be fairly common sense, but evidently the concept of paying per mb or per hour is foreign to you.
if your reply is shorter than the message you're quoting, trim the fscking quote.
