I need to run X, and am concerned about the security implications of the
xf86 aperture driver, especially using Xfree 4 when the
machdep.allowaperture level has to be 2.
Has anyone any advice or ref's about securing this, or the general security
implications? Slightly OT here, but what does the int10 "module" actually
do?
Also, removing TCP/IP listening in X? I can filter the ports, but is there a
better solution?
