It lists a  dozen compilers, many of which work  under another BSD
or Linux and  have downloadable versions. Which of  those have you
determined will  or won't  work...? OpenBSD will run  binaries for
nearly  all  popular Unix  and  Unix-like  operating systems;  see
compat_linux (8), for example.

Or, in other words, have you done your homework? There's no way to
tell from either note.
