Rick,
    In order to determine that you need to go to the 
squid homepage and dig around. AFAIK squid does not 
have a module that does this. 
(Even if it does it will be most likely listed there.
You need to see the 
squid.conf file and read all about ACLs. That is not 
to say one could not have written one. However not 
really getting the warm and fuzzies if that is what
your doing. Hope this helped out.
