Well, one problem is that bugs is not a support list.

The trick to avoiding manually typing in screen contents is to use
a serial console in the form of a second computer, connected by a
serial cable, (not over a network), and run "script(1)" on the
second computer.  This will work real slickly if you can repoduce
the bug at will.

Generally to get any response out of bugs@, you need to submit
the bug with the magical sendbug(1) utility. (And supply
voluminous and appropriate information.)
