When you download a package ftp gives an "Unimplemented command" warning.
It's quite cool actually, as it lets you know the download has started and
everything is working, though slightly alarming the first time it happens.
3.1 packages are mostly listed in reverse alphabetical order on the server
and mirrors.
I wonder if there's a reason for this. Psychology?
