Slightly OT: XFree 4.x and Thinkpad 760

Hi all,

does   somebody   of  you  happen to have a  working  config for
XFree86 4.x on a IBM Thinkpad 760 with a 800x600 TFT-Display?
I already have everyhing else working, I just do not get the frequency stuff
right (flickers like hell and it looks not very healthy for the display).
The values I am using at the moment are

HorizSync 48.0-65.0
VertRefresh 60.0-75.0

Can  somebody give me his values for vertical refresh and horizontal
sync on his thinkpad 760 with such a display? The graphics-chip is
a trident, btw.

I'm  sorry  if  it's  too  offtopic  but  I already asked on the
thinkpad  mailing list and googled around but I got no answer and only
found XFree 3.3.x configs and/or for 1024x786 displays on the web.
